In this 252 m² home, between the Retiro and the Prado, the original bracketed cornice remains intact. From there we traced the rest: a new ceiling that picks up its rhythm, bronze mesh screens that filter light between the dining room and the living room, and a Rojo Alicante marble that reappears in the kitchen and in every bathroom as a single continuous piece.
