Atria is a conversation between what was already there and what is yet to come. Set between the Retiro and the Prado, in a building that Madrid made to last, the residence takes its cues from the original architecture (its rhythm, its ornament, its weight), and responds with a language that is both new and deeply rooted.

Named after the Roman atrium, the heart of the home where architecture received, Atria is designed to welcome light, time and the life that follows.
